Stockman is a ranch management tool for tracking livestock, planning grazing, and keeping the resources a ranch runs on in one place. It holds herd records with tags, body condition, and status; breeding exposure, confirmation, and projected calving dates; the calf crop from birth weight to weaning; and health events with withdrawal flags so nothing ships too early.

On the land side it maps paddocks and tracks rotation and rest days, logs soil tests and forage yield, watches wells, ponds, and tanks, counts hay bales against days of feed, and records every rainfall so drought shows up as a pattern instead of a surprise. Equipment, fences and corrals, mineral and medicine inventory, tasks, the calendar, and a daily field log round out the operating side. Financials, sales pipeline, and marketing give you cost-per-cow, break-even, and a clean record of every animal sold. It's for small and mid-size cow-calf and grazing operations — the outfit where one person carries the records, usually from a phone, often out of range. That's why it works without an account, saves in your browser, and exports the whole ranch to Excel or Google Sheets whenever you want your data in your own hands. An account is optional, and only adds cloud sync across devices.

Stockman was built by Drew Keske, whose work specializes in conservation grazing. It exists because the tools ranchers are offered are either a shoebox of receipts or software priced for a feedlot — and because a grazing plan is worth more when the rest days, the rain, and the money sit on the same page.
